After opening their first restaurant in Hagerstown in 1999, they were honored to build lasting relationships with guests who became more like family. Those early years in Hagerstown will always hold a special place in their hearts.

Today, while continuing to serve the community in Middletown at Tapia’s On Main, the Tapia family is proud to return to their hometown of Hagerstown and begin an exciting new chapter with Olive & Oak Restaurant & Bar.
